Representative Mackie brought up reconsideration of the vote on                
HCSSB 135(FIN) (page 1833).                                                    
                                                                               
                                                                               
The following was again before the House in third reading:                     
                                                                               
HOUSE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 135(FIN)                                         
"An Act relating to permanent fund dividend program notice                    
requirements, to the ineligibility for dividends of individuals                
convicted of felonies or incarcerated for misdemeanors, and to the             
determination of the number and identity of certain ineligible                 
individuals; and providing for an effective date."                             
                                                                               
                                                                               
Representative Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that the               
reconsideration be held for the May 7, 1995, calendar.  There being no         
objection, it was so ordered.
